Returns and refunds policy:
We wish to make sure that you feel secure when buying our antique pieces. So we have the following policy for items that you are not satisfied with.
1. You must make sure that you keep the original packaging and put the item back in the same package or one of equivalent quality if impossible to do differently.
2. If items are broken during the return to our place we will not be able to reimburse you. Proper packaging is therefore very important.
3. The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was delivered to your place. If it was broken on the trip to your place, please take clear photos and send them to us, so that our insurance can be activated.
4. The return policy is applicable for a period of 10 days from the date of delivery to your place. After such a period, no reimbursement will be possible.
5. In case of a broken item during transport to your place, ATA will reimburse the item and the delivery fees. But for any other reason, the reimbursement will not include the return fee, just the purchase price and the delivery fee to your place.
6. Refund, if acceptable as described above, will be done within 7 days of the day of return delivery, by the same process as the original payment.
7. If you are interested by another item on our site, an exchange is possible, and you will have a credit as explained above that you can use for the new purchase.
